Großes Lob für ein toll organisiertes Turnierwochenende. An dieser Stelle sollte jedoch nicht unerwähnt bleiben, dass die Einzelkarten aus dem Finalpool des Modern Event zum Teil in inakzeptablem Zustand (zwischen Excellent und Good) waren und viele auch in italienischer Sprache.

Decklisten in Legacy, Modern, und Standard kommen heute Abend oder morgen, je nachdem wann ich muße finde, sie abzutippen, und mich das Wlan hier im Urlaub nicht verlässt.

Ich verstehe zwar nicht, wieso Excelllent oder Good Karten italienischer Sprache inakzeptabel sind - die sind immerhin genauso spiellegal wie englische - aber ich gebe die Kritik gerne weiter. Ich denke, dass man sich bei dem Preispool (umgerechnet ~2600-2900€ für 190 Teilnehmer) eigentlich nicht über Kartenzustände beschweren kann ;).

Bei den Vintage Decklisten fehlt noch eine. Weiß den Namen nicht mehr genau, aber es war eine Oath-Liste. Stand am Ende auf Platz 7.

Excellent bzw. Good Tarmogoyfs und Fetchländer sind weniger Wert und wird man schwieriger los. Das die Karten italienisch sind ist dabei nur geringfügig relevant. Wäre nett wenn du das so weitergeben könntest.

Also ich bin zwar auch echt absolut kein Fan von Italienischen Karten (und jeder der mal quer über den Markt schaut wird feststellen dass die auch etwas weniger wert sind), aber mal Hand aufs Herz:
17€ Buy-in und dann 4 TarmoGoyfs und 12 U-ZEN Fetches? Das ist auch auf italienisch doch echt was nettes, ich denke man wird es verkraften das zu gewinnen oder
?
Auch möchte ich an dieser Stelle mal anmerken, dass es doch schon sehr fair ist, dass die Preise derart aufgestockt wurden. Ursprünglich hiess es Preise für die Top16, und durchaus relevant weniger.
Nun gab es aber dann Preise für die Top32 (und selbst als 32ter geht man noch mit "plus raus") bei 184(?) Spielern - das find ich auch ne feine Sache, das heisst ja rechnerisch schon, dass knapp 1/5 oder 1/6 aller Spieler was gewonnen hat.

Ich möchte an dieser Stelle auch mal das Lob an das gesamte Team rund um Jens aussprechen, dass an der Planung/Organisation und Umsetzung des Turniers mitgewirkt hat. Von den Leuten die sich da echt 12h an den Stand gestellt haben, über die "Brötchenfrau" und alle Judges usw. Die Runden waren schön straff aneinander gereiht, die Online Pairings und Standings waren super praktisch und das Essen war günstig und lecker. Die Lokation war wie jedes Jahr angenehm und, GANZ wichtig: Man hatte genug Platz (auch mit Matte) zu spielen - was will man mehr

Das Kernproblem welches mich so aufgeregt hat, ist das man zwar durch die hohe Spielerzahl einen Super Preis bekommen hat, dieser sich aber irgendwie etwas minderwertig anfühlt, da die Karten nicht in dem Zustand sind in dem ich es gewohnt bin, die Karten selbst kaufen würde bzw. die man mit gutem Gewissen, zum Normalpreis zum Tausch oder Verkauf anbieten kann. Nach einem langem Turniertag schmälert das etwas den Anerkennungswert wenn man Tarmogoyfs bekommt die halt nur Good sind, dafür aber beispielsweise 120 € abgerechnet wurden. Viele Spieler würden wohl nie einen Good Tarmogoyf kaufen, wenn dann gleich welche in normalem Zustand.
Das mit den italienischen Karten ist eigentlich kein Problem in dem Sinne, allerdings war hiervon in der Preisübersicht sowohl hier als auch auf dem Veranstaltungsplakat nie die Rede. Daher sind viele davon ausgegangen, dass es sich überwiegend um englische oder aber deutsche Exemplare handelt.
Alles in allem wollte ich auch nicht das ganze schlecht machen, daher bin ich dir sehr dankbar darüber, dass du nochmal hervorgehoben hast, dass zu dem Turnierwochenende weitaus mehr gehört hat, als das was ich miterlebt aber kritisiert habe. Dennoch finde ich, dass gerade bei der Preisausschüttungen auf den höheren Rängen, wo die Spieler hart drum gekämpft haben am ehesten darauf geachtet werden sollte, dass die Gewinner mit ihren Preisen zufrieden sein können, was bei Karten in schlechtem Zustand nach meinem dafürhalten definitiv nicht so ist. Es sei auch gesagt, dass das Problem ja nur einen kleinen Teil der Ausschüttung betraf, von KTK Fetchies kann man ja sicher ausgehen, dass diese mindestens Excellent+ sind.
Wäre schön, wenn wir alle aus den Fehlern/Missverständnissen lernen und für nächstes Jahr derartige Problem im Vorfeld vermeiden.
